* What services do you offer ?

   We specialize in producing custom cut vinyl lettering, graphics, stickers, A-frame signs,  magnetic car signs, corflute and colorbond signs for small businesses and individuals at budget prices with no compromise on quality. We are not equipped to print on vinyl yet, but plan on acquiring the right equipment in the near future and will be offering more services then. Please see the products page for more.

* Is is it secure to use your site and order online ?

     Our site is designed with ease of use and online security in mind. Anyone can order their own stickers or other signage products in a few secure, easy steps. If you need help, we are always an email away. We will endeavor to reply to your queries within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).     

* How long does it take for my order to be produced and sent to me ?

     Most orders will be produced and mailed within 24 hours of receiving full payment. For larger orders, we will get in contact with you to confirm a completion date. We will always endeavor to get your products to you as fast as we possibly can.

* How can I pay for my order?

    There are 3 payment methods, refer to the prices page for more details. Please remember that the faster we get your full payment, the faster you receive your order. 

* How will I get my stickers ?

    Your stickers will be sent via Australia Post. Small stickers will be posted in an envelope, bigger orders will be sent in a mailing tube or box. Your stickers will be well protected and should not get damaged while in transit.

* Why choose Vinyl stickers when there are hundreds of sites offering the same services ?

    We are aware of the strong competition in Australia, (a Google search will return several pages of signage sites); we have browsed through most of these sites and found the very professional multi-million dollar printing services and the very basic 3 to 5 page websites. the one thing they have in common is the high prices. Please don't take our word for it, do your own search. That is why we have decided to create "Vinyl Stickers". Fast service and top quality work at excellent prices, we aim to achieve that with every job we do.

* How can I supply my artwork ? and what format do you accept ?

    You can email us your logo or design. We accept high resolution BMP and JPG files but would prefer AI, EPS and PDF formats.

* Will I get a tax receipt with my order ?

    To keep costs and prices down, we will only supply a receipt upon request. As we are not required to collect GST yet, your invoice/receipt will have no GST amount.

* Why don't you have a business address or a landline phone number ?

      Vinyl Stickers is a home based small business, we operate from home and our address and phone number are private.
